Trek

The Trek Y-series is a full-suspension mountain/triathlon/road bike with an aluminum, chromoly and carbon Fox / OCLV / Alpha frame. The frame comes in colors like black, cream and yellow.

Originally released in 1995, there are 13 versions of this bike. Due to the frame materials, we estimate that this bike weighs around 25 pounds.

The Y-series comes with Mix and Shimano components, including an aluminum, titatium, steel, threadless, adjustable, Ahead, System, Bontrager, Ibis, ICON TTT Evol 2002 stem, a threadless, sealed, Aheadset, Tioga Master DL2, Dia-Compe, Tange-Seiki, Cane Creek, WTB Shimano headset and grip-shift, dual-control, Shimano, SRT-800 X-Ray, SunRace Twist Shift, SRT-400i ESP shifters.

The Rock Shox, Sync, Grind, Answer Manitou, RST, ICON Air Rail SRG, InSync Grind 2 and In-Sync Grind 320 fork has a true suspension.

Drivetrain

The Y-series has 8,7,9 speeds and has a Shimano ESP derailleur.

Wheels

It comes with kevlar, Bontrager, Tioga Psycho, Continental, Panaracer IRC Missile tires (NaN x NaN) and metal matrix composite, aluminum, Bontrager, VooDoo, Swami, WTB Dual Duty, Guru, Cane Creek, Mavic CXP 21, Araya Super Rolf rims.
