The Alpine Designs XC-3 is a 26,25 pound a mountain bike with a chromoly frame. The frame comes in Bronze  Titanium or Golden  Valentine  Red.

It was first released in 1997 and again in 1998. The XC-3 is fully rigid.

Components

The XC-3 comes with Shimano STX-RC components, including a Fly Mountain Top stem, a threadless Aheadset Kontak ST-2 headset and Shimano STX-RC RapidFire SL shifters.

Drivetrain

The XC-3 has 8 speeds and has a Shimano STX-RC derailleur.

Wheels

It comes with Fly Accelerator tires (26in x 2.1in) and Mavic rims.
