The Cannondale Silk Road 500 is a triathlon/road bike with an aluminum T6 frame. The frame comes in colors like black, yellow and Tropic  Green.

It was first released in 1997 and again in 1998. Due to the frame materials and other factors, we estimate that this bike weighs around 25 pounds. The Silk Road 500 is fully rigid.
