The Electra Swing 3 is a cruiser/tandem bike with a steel and aluminum frame. The frame comes in green or black. It was first released in 2002 and again in 2007. Due to the size and frame materials, we estimate that this bike weighs around 40 pounds. The Swing 3 is fully rigid.
