The GT Tachyon 1.0 is a triathlon/road bike with an aluminum TT / DT frame. The frame comes in silver or Pearl White. It was first released in 2010 and again in 2011. Due to the frame materials and other factors, we estimate that this bike weighs around 25 pounds. The Tachyon 1.0 is fully rigid.
Components
The Tachyon 1.0 comes with Road Mix components, including an adjustable NVO stem, an integrated, sealed Bearing headset and Shimano SL-R770 Rapidfire Plus shifters.
